Meg Metcalf has been teaching yoga for 15 years. As a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and a licensed massage therapist, she teaches a flow inspired, anyone can join class – with modifications and the reminder to always check in with your body. Meg also teaches vinyasa, and facilitates healing sound baths for the new and full moon at The Yoga Shack in Sarasota, FL.
