Our CommUNITY Nature Experience is a guided nature based excursion/tour originating in Newtown and exploring the Indian Beach Sapphire Shores area. Our guided tours are at no cost to participants and can be experienced by foot or golf cart. Our nature experiences are for individuals of all ages to explore and appreciate the natural often unseen wonders of Sarasota.
We highlight local ecosystems, native plants, wildlife, and the historical significance of Sarasota’s natural environment.
Through expert guides and interactive experiences, participants are able to appreciate the Power of Presence and going slow while gaining a deeper appreciation for conservation efforts and the importance of preserving Florida’s unique landscape.
With our guided nature tours we aim to promote Mental Health and Wellness, Environmental and Cultural Education as well as strengthen commUNITY and Tourism. What does that look like? We provide our guests with the opportunity to connect to the natural and sacred ecosystem withIN through intuitive guided group meditation and grounding. We also offer our guests the unique opportunity to experience the way of the Indeginous people of Sarasota through foraging and cultural history that is often unknown to locals.
For us at C.U.R.E. this is more than just a simple walk or ride through nature; it’s sharing our CULTURE and creating a sacred educational journey.
We operate on the philosophy that understanding nature is akin to understanding oneself, a sentiment encapsulated in our motto: “To know Nature is to know thyself.”
